For this study, let’s take a look at what Hebrew doctrine has to say about the second exodus. The first exodus was when Moses led the Hebrews out of ancient Egypt. The second exodus will be when Elohim (God of Israel) again moves for His people to bring us out of the diaspora from among all the nations and back into His land He promised to our Hebrew Israelite ancestors.
Ezekiel 37 (Beginning of the great awakening of Israel)
And He said to me, "Son of man, can these bones live?"
So I answered, "O Lord God, You know."
4 Again He said to me, "Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, 'O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 Thus says the Lord God to these bones: "Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. 6 I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord." ' "
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone.

The Israelites dispersed throughout the world will begin to awaken to their heritage. The bones represent the Nation of Israel is dead but is brought back to life. Israel and Judah both will begin to remember who they are among their captivity. Notice also that Ezekiel heard a rattling first, this is what is happening right now, some of Israel and Judah are already beginning to awaken.
Ezekiel 37 (Israel will be given the Spirit of YAH and brought back to their land)
Then He said to me, "Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, 'Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!' 12 Therefore prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God: "Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. 13 Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. 14 I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it," says the Lord.' "

Elohim will remember His people and bring them out of their captivity. Though Israel was dead as a Nation of peoples among the world, Elohim will have mercy on them and awaken them and bring them back home.
Ezekiel 37 (Judah and Israel again become one Nation)
Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 16 "As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: 'For Judah and for the children of Israel, his companions.' Then take another stick and write on it, 'For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, his companions.' 17 Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand.
18 "And when the children of your people speak to you, saying, 'Will you not show us what you mean by these?' - 19 say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God: "Surely I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, his companions; and I will join them with it, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they will be one in My hand." ' 20 And the sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes.

Elohim will again unite the whole House of Jacob (Judah and Israel) ending the split Kingdom.
Ezekiel 37 (the whole House of Israel will serve their KING, Yeshua)
"David My servant shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd; they shall also walk in My judgments and observe My statutes, and do them. 25 Then they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob My servant, where your fathers dwelt; and they shall dwell there, they, their children, and their children's children, forever; and My servant David shall be their prince forever.
-Ezekiel 37:24, 25
Yeshua will rule the House of Israel and they will obey Him. They will dwell in the land Elohim promised to Jacob and they will follow their KING Yeshua. This may surprise many but the land of Israel is much bigger than what most people think of when they think of the land of Israel (see my article Greater Israel). Israel will dwell there and they will never be uprooted again.
Ezekiel 38 (warning to Gog, the remnant of Israel will be attacked while in their land)
Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 "Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, 'Thus says the Lord God: "Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops - many people are with you. 7 "Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them. 8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. 9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you."

A fleet of Nations will consult together and come against Israel in the last days. Here we see that a remnant of Israel will be brought back into their land and dwell safely when these Nations attack.
Ezekiel 38 (plan of the wicked formed against the remnant Israel)
'Thus says the Lord God: "On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan: 11 You will say, 'I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates' - 12 to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land. 13 Sheba, Dedan, the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to you, 'Have you come to take plunder? Have you gathered your army to take booty, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods, to take great plunder?' " '

A plan is formed against the Israelite multitude to take their silver and gold, livestock..etc seeing that they have no walls or gates to defend themselves. They attack a seemingly vulnerable people.
Ezekiel 38 (the utter destruction of Gog)
"And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," says the Lord God, "that My fury will show in My face. 19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: 'Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.' 21 I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains," says the Lord God. "Every man's sword will be against his brother. 22 And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the Lord." '

Gog’s army is destroyed, YAH destroys them for His people.
Ezekiel 39 (Israel buries the dead)
It will come to pass in that day that I will give Gog a burial place there in Israel, the valley of those who pass by east of the sea; and it will obstruct travelers, because there they will bury Gog and all his multitude. Therefore they will call it the Valley of Hamon Gog. 12 For seven months the house of Israel will be burying them, in order to cleanse the land. 13 Indeed all the people of the land will be burying, and they will gain renown for it on the day that I am glorified," says the Lord God. 14 "They will set apart men regularly employed, with the help of a search party, to pass through the land and bury those bodies remaining on the ground, in order to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search. 15 The search party will pass through the land; and when anyone sees a man's bone, he shall set up a marker by it, till the buriers have buried it in the Valley of Hamon Gog.

After the destruction of Gog, the remnant of Israel will still be finding and burying bodies seven months later.
Ezekiel 39 (Israel restored completely from the diaspora)
25 "Therefore thus says the Lord God: 'Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name - 26 after they have borne their shame, and all their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, when they dwelt safely in their own land and no one made them afraid. 27 When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and I am hallowed in them in the sight of many nations, 28 then they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer. 29 And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,' says the Lord God."

The rest of Israel will be brought out of the diaspora and back to their land. Here it is revealed that not all of Israel will come out of captivity at the same time, but there is a set time when all of the remaining of Israel will be brought out of the diaspora and back into their land and join the initial remnant of Israel. This seems to correlate with what Isaiah prophesied of about the nations recognizing Israel:
Isaiah 60 (True Israel is recognized among the world)
"Who are these who fly like a cloud,
And like doves to their roosts?
9 Surely the coastlands shall wait for Me;
And the ships of Tarshish will come first,
To bring your sons from afar,
Their silver and their gold with them,
To the name of the Lord your God,
And to the Holy One of Israel,
Because He has glorified you.
-Isaiah 60:8, 9
After the destruction of Magog and Israel is saved by their Elohim, the world will recognize who true Israel is and that their Elohim is with them, YAH the Mighty One of Jacob, the Holy One of Israel! Gentiles (Europeans) will recognize true Israel and bring back the rest of Israel from the diaspora with more reparations. We know this passage in Isaiah 60 is after the Magog war because the enemies of Israel had attacked them while they had no walls. Here later in Isaiah 60, we see Israel’s walls being built by foreigners and they now have gates:
10 "The sons of foreigners shall build up your walls,
And their kings shall minister to you;
For in My wrath I struck you,
But in My favor I have had mercy on you.
11 Therefore your gates shall be open continually;
They shall not be shut day or night,
That men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles,
And their kings in procession.
12 For the nation and kingdom which will not serve you shall perish,
And those nations shall be utterly ruined.
